This patient is a 36-year-old female who underwent 2 previous C-Sections with progressive laxity of the abdomen along with lipodystrophy of the abdomen, back and flanks, and medial thighs. She desired a tighter waist and more shapely abdomen as well as more shapely medial thighs that complement her other features.
Abdominoplasty with SAFE Liposuction of the lateral abdomen, back and flanks, and medial thighs for a total of 1950cc. 500cc was removed from the abdomen, and 500cc from each back and flank. A total of 400cc was removed from anterior and posterior medial thighs.
