Patient is a 37-year-old female who had struggled to get her pre-baby body back after having 3 children. She had diligently exercised and dieted but could not get rid of the pouch she had developed, nor could she tighten her abdominal wall despite focused exercise. She is 5’2” and weighs 156lbs.
Abdominoplasty with SAFE liposuction of the lateral abdomen for a total of 500cc. Sophisticated suture techniques were employed in the performance of her abdominoplasty giving better muscle definition and waist dimensions.
