Patient is a 38-year-old female who after having 3 children had found it increasing difficult to get back to her pre-baby physique despite efforts with diet and exercise. She wanted to regain her curves but had been hesitant about pursuing surgery. She is 5’5” and weighed 160lbs. She wanted to appear youthful and sexy without tell-tale signs of surgery.
Abdominoplasty with SAFE liposuction of the abdomen, back, flanks, and thighs for a total of 4000cc with fat transfer to the buttocks for a total of 600cc.
