Patient is a 53-year-old female who after having two children found it increasingly difficult to get back to her pre-baby shape. She is 5’5” and weighed 145lbs, and despite attempts at exercise and dieting, she struggled to obtain the curvy and toned abdomen she aspired to. She had for years considered having a tummy-tuck, but had not been impressed with her friends’ results or some of the photos she had seen on the internet. She wanted to be able to wear a bikini again without being self-conscious.
Abdominoplasty with SAFE liposuction of the lateral abdomen, medial thighs, back and flanks for a total of 2200cc.
