Patient is a 40-year-old fitness instructor who had twins in her twenties, and had found it increasingly difficult, despite her exercise schedule, to improve her figure. She wanted to obtain a tight curvy abdomen, and recreate the cute belly button she previously had. She is 5’5” and weighs 130 lbs.
Abdominoplasty with liposuction of the abdomen for a total of 600cc. Note the low scar placement that enables bikini wear, and the attractive umbilicus that does not appear surgical in nature. Advanced suture techniques performed in conjunction with the abdominoplasty further enhanced her waist line.
