Patient is a 43-year-old female who after 3 children could not regain her previous figure for which she had always been proud of. Specifically, she wanted a tighter and curvier abdomen that would accentuate her long legs and natural curves. She confided that she had spent considerable time scouring the internet looking at before and after photos of tummy tuvks, and was very displeased with how “surgical” the results appeared, with highly placed scars and abnormal belly buttons. She wanted to appear more attractive and athletic, without being concerned about a two-piece bathing suit. She is 5’6” and prior to surgery she weighed 150lbs.
Abdominoplasty with SAFE liposuction of the lateral chest, abdomen, medial and lateral thighs for a total of 3755cc with autogenous fat transfer to the buttocks for a total of 480cc.
