Introduction to the Lower Facial Structure

The lower facial structure consists of the chin, the upper area of the neck, and the jawline right above.

Beauty in both genders is based on artistic basics such as balance, symmetry, and equal proportions.  When one of these factors is out of balance, the rest of the face is strangely out of proportion and odd to look at. When everything is in its perfect place, shape, and proportion however, beauty is inherent and inescapable.

A beautiful woman has a face that is curved and graceful, with a smooth chin and gentle jawline that complements her facial structure.

The face of a handsome man shows strength, with a chiseled jawline and solid chin to match. This gives him a masculine, chiseled profile.

If the reflection that you see in the mirror every day is not exactly what you want it to be, there is something to be gained from Dr. Shapiro's aesthetic eye and highly-trained hand.
