Visualizing plastic surgical results gives the viewer the opportunity to review a surgeon’s skill and attention to detail, while simultaneously evaluating the surgeon’s aesthetic perspective and artistry. The photographs that follow are of my own patients unless specified otherwise, and standardization of these results has been attempted as much as possible. Patients are not instructed to wear makeup in their post-operative photographs, but rather present to the office not knowing that photographs are to be taken. I would like to think the "after" photographs represent patients' increased confidence consistent with the notion that “Beauty is not only in the eye of the beholder, but in the mind of the beheld”.
